*In the past we have performed directly on the basketball court in order to ensure that we will be off the floor in time for the second half.  Routines will be updated in order to avoid forward rolls.

Join us as we celebrate Season 5 as a gym!  

We will be sending off our regional elite teams to represent us at their final competition of the season in Council Bluffs at the Battle of the Midwest.  We will also be sending off our national elite team as they represent us in Orlando, Florida at All Star Worlds.
