1:1 Private Lessons

We offer private lessons for all tumbling and acro skills.  

Request a private lesson from your favorite coach, or let us find the perfect coach for you. 

Private lessons are usually offered for 30 minutes at a time.  Our coaches are very efficient in planning drills and technique work for skill mastery.  30 minutes has been found to provide athletes with max benefit on specific skill work before they become too fatigued to train safely and consistently. 

All private lessons are booked via email and added to your account by our customer service team.  All lessons are reserved based on coaches availability, so time and cost will vary by coach.
